Abstract: Who is responsible for ensuring that KM is deeply embedded in the life and work of an organization? Who checks that KM processes are applied, that the appropriate KM technology is used and that knowledge is shared?
In the latest issue of Melcrum’s Knowledge Management Review, Nick Milton argues that this is usually a team effort – but, without clear roles and responsibilities, KM initiatives may never successfully take root.
